Piston Rod

Nisarg Engineers produces piston rods in AISI4140, AISI420 and AISI304 materials as per compressor requirements. Special care is taken to check on run outs and exceptional dimensional tolerances are adhered to. Furthermore, different surface coatings are used for hard facing the Packing area, including Chrome, Tungsten, Cerami-C and other form of case hardening where coatings are not required.

Pistons

Nisarg Engineers manufactures high quality cast iron and aluminum alloy pistons. Nisarg Engineers also produces non Ferrous pistons required for compressing oxygen to avoid oxidization and reduce wear.
